At dealnestshop, we want you to love every purchase. If you’re not completely satisfied, we’re here to help.

Eligibility


  • Most items can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.
  • Items must be unused, in original condition, and include all tags, packaging, and accessories.
  • The following items are non-returnable for hygiene/safety reasons:
    • Personal care items, opened cosmetics
    • Custom/personalized products
    • Clearance sale items (marked as "Final Sale")


How to Return


  1. Contact us at acddd588@outlook.com with your order number and reason for return.
  2. We will send you a return authorization and instructions.
  3. Ship the item back using a trackable service (customer is responsible for return shipping unless the item is defective).

Refunds


  • Once we receive and inspect your item, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Defective or Damaged Items


If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will offer a replacement, full refund, or store credit at no extra cost to you.
